SMSCom 4.5 Amp Twin Fan Speed Controller Mk2

The newly redesigned MK2 SMSCOM Twin Fan Controller (4.5amp) is a fan speed controller that varies the speed of your intake and extraction fan to best maintain the temperature you specify on the unit. For example if the the temperature goes above the one you set the controller to the unit will increase the speed of your fans and if the temperature goes below the one you specify the controller reduces the speed of your fans. The SMSCOM twin controller unit has a temperature probe on a 5 metre cable for taking temp readings and features three dials, one to set your desired temperature, one to set your minimum fan speed and one to set your maximum fan speed. The SMSCOM Twincontroller is an all new type of fan controller that is sotware controlled and not mechanical like other models. What this means is that the Twincontroller is able to control fan speeds much more accuratetlely and vary the speed anywhere between the minimum speed setting and 100% as opposed to other models that usually have 7 to 10 preset speeds that the fans can operate at. The Twincontroller requires 5 minutes to scan a room and make an evaluation for the gradual increase or decrease of your fans. In the course of a cycle it will automatically find the exact speed to set your fans at to best maintain the temperature set on the unit. This new technique ensures a more even temperature flow and a steadier operation of your fans. It is also worth noting that the SMSCOM Twincontroller requires no wiring up as all fans plug straight in and the unit is easily wall mountable. The Twin Controller from SMSCOM is 4.5 amps and could handle around 900 watts of fans.
